Terms of Service

Service Agreement

These terms govern your use of Drive Escapades services. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Rental Requirements

Renters must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver's license for minimum 3 years, provide major credit card, and pass our screening process. Additional requirements may apply for exotic vehicles.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions

Vehicles must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable laws. Prohibited uses include racing, off-road driving, commercial use, and operation under influence of drugs or alcohol.

Insurance and Liability

Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals. Renters are responsible for deductibles and damages resulting from prohibited use, negligence, or violation of terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before rental receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% fee. No-shows forfeit entire payment.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under Florida state law.
